About 30 days after abdominal surgery (hysterectomy) your abdomen can have "adhesions" which are bundle of fibers that try to repair the surgical incision. They may be connected to your abdominal walls or even gut. So when the abdominal wall moves as in heavy breathing or gut moves as in defecation (poop) it can cause tension and thus, cramps. Need to go back to the surgeon so that he can assess your "cramps" again. Best wishes!

Stress can definately make menstrual cramps worse on the grounds that this is a usual strain response. Stress can amplify the notion of suffering and likewise reasons muscle cramps and tightness. It too can magnify the opposite signs related to a interval. However I do not consider that this is a well excuse to make use of continuously at paintings. If she is having painful durations she demands to peer her medical professional for a viable analysis of endometriosis or many different chances and get at the proper treatment for it. A interval is whatever that occurs to us all each and every month and we simply must manage it, it isn't an excuse to give up day-to-day functioning. You're a well boss for being concerned sufficient to even study it however simply inform her to maintain the trouble in order that it does not impact her paintings after which she may not must rely on men and women being expertise.

It could be some complication, or you could have a ruptured appendix. My mom had a hysterectomy after my youngest sister was born, and she was walking around with a ruptured appendix for two days because she thought it was bad stomach problems. It could also be a potassium deficiency, as this is what causes cramps. Eat a banana or other foods rich in potassium, and if it still doesn't get any better, seek immediate medical attention. Since you had surgery not too long ago, it could be something major.
