go to the city website of the state you live in... then go to the clerk of court link in that site and do a public records search....
you can google your state or city to find the link for the city website if your city has one...
there are a few cities and a few clerks that do not do public records online... if this turns out to be the case for you, then go to your local courthouse and have the records clerk do a search for you....
i believe they charge a small fee for this....

If you know the case numbers and what county/city it's in, these are a matter of public record. You may have to pay a nominal fee, but they are public record.
