if a GTO raced a CEILCA GT which one would win

A 2005 Pontiac GTO does a 1/4 mile in 13.0 flat and 4.8 seconds 0-60 time according to GM. A 2000 Toyota Celica GTS does 15.2 in the 1/4 and 6.6 seconds 0-60 respectively. In other words the GTO would win. In the end though it all comes down to the driver.

It's a shame the GTO is made in Australia.

in a straight quarter mile race, the gto would win. it would be closer in a road race.

horse power wise, i believe GTO, but it always depends on the drive and the road...
