I don't think it would be replaced. That's like me trying to ask Coach to replace the bag I owned when it got a little dirty. In other words, they'd laugh. If you bought it outright from an authorized retailer, I'd imagine a care card would come along. Have you checked that? Have you checked the website?
My Coach bag was vachetta leather and I could not use any type of cleanser on it. It was rough because it was the Scribble design. I ended up using a white eraser to take the marks off. You might have the same luck if yours is made of the same material.

Bring it back to any repultable department store where purchased. Nordstrom's is the most helpful with this.
