Does anybody know a good way to age t-shirts?

I i just bought two t-shirts and they are way too hot and stiff.

does anybody know a way BESIDES WASHING THEM to soften them up and make them seem older?

I don't want them to be worn out, just softer.

Still need to wash. Try using liquid softener...lots of it and leave out the detergent. This won't fade your shirt just soften it.

Try sleeping in or 'on' (lay them on your bed and sleep on it) them. When washing, use a fabric softener. That should do the trick.

Best to buy shirts that already have the worn in feel. You can try washing them with stones to makle them feel worn in, otherwise buy shirts that have this feel to begin with. Try American Apparel.
