Do you mean the Mask from Jim Carrey's "The Mask?" If so, I think superman is stronger.
Superman has access to the combined knowledge of every galaxy in the universe, can reverse the flow of time (the end of Superman I), withstand nuclear blasts, and generally has a calm yet firm control of his abilities.
When the mask takes hold of a living creature, like Jim Carrey or a dog, a somewhat erratic, unthinking personality seems to take hold. If there was a showdown, my guess is that Superman would catch the Mask in a moment of recklessness and toss it/him into the sun or possibly the Phantom Zone.

Superman should be stronger then the Mask, but the Mask would win. The reason why I'm saying this is because the Mask has magical powers, one of Superman's weaknesses. The Mask wouldbe able to take any of Superman's attacks since they wouldn't be full out and puls, eveyone knows how powerful and kewl the Mask is, man I wish I had it!
Also the Mask could simple pull out some kryptonite out of he's a$$ since it has magical powers, and kill Superman.

Who cares!! they'll become best friends during the battle and run to save the world from a giant meteor or some freak villain or just go and clean their outfits.
You do realize that superman wears his underwear in the front of his tights and that the mask gives wedgies to people. They'll amke an awesome pair.
I think mask gave superman a wedgie, thats why superman wears his underwear in the front.

superman is actually a lot stronger than mask ..
but Superman is aggected by magic as well as kryptonite, so what would happen if they fought would be mask having a huge edge

what if superman wore the mask, then the mask would take over and then he could kill himelf i.e superman, but the mask would be fine
in this way, the mask could beat anyone, whereas superman is a little baby who is scared of a little rock boohoo
