Oh my goodness. You have to check this CD out. It is just what you are talking about, the whole thing. I happened to find this cassette tape for like a dollar at some thrift store, when my daughter was newly born. Who could pass that up right. I put it in my cars tape player and both my husband and I immediately fell in love with it. It's all we would ever listen too. So many of the songs expressed what we felt so adequately. After that I searched all over for the CD and finally found it on-line. I don't know if it is still being made or not, but there are some available. I'm getting choked up just thinking about some of the songs. It's awesome, I hope you will give it a listen. I don't know if the short sound bites will do it justice, I say just buy it.

"Penny For Your Thoughts, A Quarter For The Call" is one, I'm not sure who it's by, but I've always loved it. "Somebody's Hero" is a newer one you might enjoy. "I'll Be" by Reba McEntire wasn't written for a mother-daughter situation, but it could be related that way. "I Turn To You" by Christina Aguilera. Those are the few I can think of at the moment. Hope you enjoy them!
