Perhaps you should look and see what's going on or take her to the doctor so you can get a proper diagnosis.

How old is she? Make sure to keep an eye on her -- especially if she's been with a male for any extended periods of time.
If she were my daughter and this happened, I'd put hidden cameras all over my house to check if there's anyone doing something they shouldn't.
Take a break from trusting any males that have been alone with her.... Until this is all figured out.

If blood is coming out when she pees and she feels pain, it could be a UTI (urinary tract infection.) I only know about this because I have a friend who, at that age, got a UTI. (I've heard kidney problems can also cause blood "down there" too.) I assume it's not a crampy pain, because if it was then you would probably just assume it normal . . .
Best bet is to just call up her doctor. Don't take any chances.

It could very well be an ovarian cyst. They are not uncommon at all, and can cause pain. I don't know how old she is, but if she is sexually active it could be something serious, like an STD...I would definitely bring her to the doctor, vaginal pain is not something you take lightly. Also, menstruation does not cause vaginal pain, so that rules out her period as the cause.

What happend before she found this blood? How old is she? Is she afraid to talk about it? Take her to a doc. Having cramps is one thing, but pain in her vagina sounds more serious. Help her out Mom. Good luck!

I dont want to alarm you, I am not a doctor of medicine, but i do have my masters in counseling psychology with a concentration in children. I worked and i interned at a ranch for sexually abused children, and a lot of the children i came across often had complaints about pain in their genital areas. In females it is often occompanied by vaginal bleeding after fondeling or penetration has taken place. My suggestion to you is take her to a doctor and be sure she is totally honest with you and the doc.

When your period starts there is NO PAIN! only maybe some cramping....so when drops of blood end up on her under-ware... Maybe its something Else. I would have a DR. see her ASAP...AS FOR A CUT OR RASH I HATE TO SAY IT ....IT'S FAR FROM THAT!!!!!!

Time to go to the doctor or the ER. With any luck it is a false period alarm. I suspect sexual abuse of some sort so be prepared for anything. And don't "protect" her by not allowing her to speak if she has been abused. That is not protection. That is aiding and abetting abuse.

Take her to the doctors and ask her if there's anything more you should know - or leave her with a female doctor and ask the doctor to ask her what she knows. It doesn't sound like a period.

I got my period wen i was 12... and i had blood all over my undies and yes a lot of pain, so it might be her period. If your still uncertain you could take her to a docotor.
