Can I use an overseas phone in the US?

If I buy a Motorola L6 (SLVR) on Ebay from overseas, can I use a power adapter for the charger and use it here? Are they lower quality?

You can use ANY phone in the U.S. if the phone is unlocked. Believe me, I only use import phones. Check out my latest one: the Pantech PG-8000

as long as the phone is tri band or quadra band you can use in USA. I am using one phone in usa bought from outside usa.

as long as the brand is a tri band phone then your okay
