Confidence and proper business decorum will win them over. Always make sure that you know your skills and job better than anyone in the room. Make a firm handshake. This is the first impression on you. If you come in confident and beaming, the interviewer will assume you are a brilliant, aggressive, hardworking employee.
Lean forward when you are talking to the interviewer, it shows that you are interested in the conversation.
Look straight at the eyes to show your sincerity.
Do not fiddle with your pencil or anything else because it shows that you are nervous.
Ask intelligent questions to show your interest in the job. Always be positive about everything and it will rub off on the interviewer.
