How do u speed up the pregnancy of a sim?????

Jessie is almost right, but missed a step. When shift clicking on your sim there will be a choice in the pie menu to 'spawn' click that and then in the next menu choose 'Tombstone of Life and Death'
Somewhere around your sim will pop up a blank tombstone, click (with out shift) this and in this pie menu find 'speed up my pregnancy' This will cut the time down from three days to three sim hours. Counting from the start of pregnancy. It's best to be sure your sim is full hungry and bladder before speeding up or else she will have trouble.
and don't forget to turn off boolprop!! it messes your game up when left running.

When you have a single sim that is pregnant, an alternative rush without using a hack or cheat, is to simply have the sim Meditate and put the game on high speed. Get the sim all in the green first, then meditate. Advantage to this is that they gain special skill points and it is low maintenance and no cheats and relatively fast.
Obviously if the Sim has other kids to care for or there are other sims that are not yet staying in good moods by themselves, the boolprop pregnancy is the quickest solution.

hold down ctrl shift c that will bring up a cheat bar than type boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true be very careful because you can mess up your game when you are using it.
after you have that in hold down the shift key and click on your pregnant sim a different pie menu will pop up find the one that says speed up pregnancy and click that.
when you are done bring up the cheat bar again and type boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false that will turn off that cheat.

There's a hack on modthesims2.com. You're better off just waiting the 3 or so days then to get the hack.

You'd have to download a mod for the game such as the insimenator.
