The thing is she stares at me and even i stares at her. I dont know this is love or not. If this is love, can anyone suggest how to propose her. One more is that she wont comes out of her house, and even my parents n brothers does not want me to look at their house. I have mobile. How to give the no. to her if this is love.

It certainly sounds like a mutual attraction. Love is too strong of a word I believe. Does she go to school? Give her your number then. If not, since she lives right across the street, get the number off her mailbox and send her a short letter through the regular mail, giving her your number. Good luck.

Maybe staring to much could offend her. The only way to be sure is to be the man and approach her. Envite her and her friend to a party(girlfriend that is) or to lunch . You have to set the party up first though.
