im making a personal website.can anyone tell me how to arrange a good display of website?

The layout should be pleasing to the eye, but not too flashy. Avoid animation and sound unless they're the focus of your topic -- for example if you're a songwriter or a film director or animation cartoonist. For anything else, the most important thing will be your CONTENT. Consider all the personal web sites that are out there already. Do not let yours become just another set of statistics. Instead, take a while to brainstorm and ponder what makes you unique. More importantly, what about you is unique that people might find interesting and entertaining. The ultimate test... what can you tell the world that is so captivating that people will stop their browsing and email their friends something like "Hey, you've got to check this out..."

Nothing flashing, moving or annoying.
Keep it simple, silly.
