Saw it. Thought the first half was a bit boring. The second half however, was amazing. And as someone who grew up on the tv show, I have to say that Jamie Foxx saved the role of Rico Tubbs from obscurity.

Miami is in Florida. Americans these days have the worst geography. For the movie I thought was good but it was too much into the romance perspective. Overall it was decent, I just had higher expectations.

My husband and I snuck into Miami Vice after watching an earlier matinee...glad I didn't have to pay for it.. I don't think it was all that great. I never snuck into a movie my entire life...wish I would have picked a better one to sneek into! Very disappointing! That's what I get, eh?

I heard it was lame
the recording industry put in a line that doesnt fit
they are describing the bad guys and where the drugs come from
marijuana, cocaine, heroin
and then they say and pirated CDs from china.
it doesn't fit with what they are talking about

I thought it was horrible. I was lost the whole time, and I didn't understand a word anyone was saying.
They scenes were so random it didn't flow good. It was worse than Lady in the Water
