You can try drilling and using a easy-out on it. Use a left-handed drill bit on an electric drill in reverse. A lot of times, the bit will grab the bolt end just as it's about to break through and wind it right up the drill bit. If it doesn't, then you can still use the easy-out. I like the square type. They seem to me to hold better and break less. Be sure to use the largest drill bit you can use and not touch the threads. If it's in there too well, then you will have to take the head off and get it to a machine shop and have them remove the broken bolt for you.

Drill it, a thing called an easy out is sold at all auto stores. It's no big deal man. you'll see. You drill a hole and then you screw in the easy out, take your ratchet and back out the bolt. Go true with your drilling.

You will need to drill a hole in the broken bolt stem and use what the first guy is talking about...its called an 'ease out' and it has reversed threads (left handed) so you twist it into the hole you drilled and then use a wrench to back the broken bolt out (carefully).

Use an Easy-out. first you drill a hole in the bolt, insert the Easy-out, carefully twist. You should also spray with a lubricant (Tri-Flow) before hand.
Auto part stores and hardware stores sell easy-outs
