Does anyone know how to install mods for a forum?

I have a forum which has FTP access, and being the blonde I am...I can't figure out how to install the mods.

Please help!

I need to install modifications on a Pogo forum with FTP access. I will pay to get it done if need be. Give me some prices.

What forum specifically, using what software? I assume you mean mods=modifications, not moderators, right?
