organize mehndi events -hire some designers.. and promote ur mehndi powder....sell mehndi cones.. as rakhi is on 9th ..its going to be agood day foru .to start ur biz..
i don't know where the cold wax is used.. ..so for promotion purspoe u can contact the retail outlets..or go for home based promotion..but use ladies for this kind of promotions..

Hire someone for marketing, try distributing some samples & target retail shops. You can find these marketing guys very easily. And yes exporting the stuffs would also be a good idea.

I guess you are at the very first stage . if so...first make some finished goods ready.
You need to give then in free to some right persons on right occasion. say like wedding of your friend or so.
This is the thing where you will start marketing of your skill.
Slowly ask at the shops in your area to sale your product and get started.
