Why were the windows unbroken?

The windows next to the 16 foot hole where Flight 77 hit the Pentagon were unbroken? How is that possible? I mean wow, JET ENGINES that weighed 12,000 pounds, traveling at over 500 mph, SUPPOSEDLY hit the Pentagon. Yet, the glass windows were unbroken and the governments official story is that the TITANIUM Jet Engines disintegrated on Impact.

How is this possible?

Yes, the windows were designed to repel a direct hit from DUAL 12,000 pound, TITANIUM JET ENGINES traveling at over 500 MPH. I forgot. Damn, where is Popular Science when you need them? LMAO

Ok this is simple.

It's called happenstance.

When a friend of mines house burned to the ground the only thing left standing was a closet on the second floor. Nothing inside this closet was burned, none of the plastic melted. The rest of the house was ash. So when a building that was designed to withstand all out attack by modern day forces fails to have a few broken windows I do not gawk.

Personally I work in a building that has Blast proof windows and walls. These are supposed to stand up to an explosion from a truck bomb or ramming by a cement mixer. If it did I wouldn't be surprised and if a few of them did break I also wouldn't be surprised.

This 9/11 conspiracy stuff is bunk. If the white house can not keep the New York times out of the loop on such things as wire taps and terrorist money tracking plots what makes you think that they could cover up the origins of the largest terror attack on this country or it's specifics.

Calling someone a traitor is a big charge, so before you get all Joe McCarthy on us you might want to as they say in the Army "Check yourself before you wreck yourself." .

UPDATE:

Scroll to the bottom of that link and see that quite a few of the windows left and right of the hole were knocked out. The ones that were still intact did not fall in line with the impact of the wing. Therefore, because the concrete fortification was not damaged in those areas, the windows that were not hit directly were easily able to withstand the shock since they were bomb-resistant.

Well the story goes that since that building is the home for some major military severts that they just might have extreme bullet proof glass. If this is the truth then I would have to say that they might be next to impossible to break. If it is not true then they are next to Kennedy and the Big Bopper in hiding. Oh and Elvis is not dead, he is the mayor of the town of Rock and Roll Heaven.

Many of the windows in the Pentagon are specifically designed to be blast-resistant. The windows that did break were due to the shifting and collapse of the building (while blast-resistant, the windows were not built to withstand seismic force).
