Please keep in mind people die everyday of far more common things. Irrational emotional comments are not constructive or appropriate.

I personally wouldn't try to profit -but that is exactly what the pharmaceutical companies do everyday....

I would definatly tell people, that would be a horrible thing to know and not do anything about it. I am sure the first person to announce the cure for AIDS will get a huge profit.

I would sell my cure for Aids at profit that would reward me suitably for saving the lives of 1,000's of people. I would also use the vast majority of the profit to research cures for cancer, ways to reverse heart disease, restore nerve tissue in spinal cord injuries and alzheimer's.

By the way, this is what a pharmaceutical company does. Those evil pharmaceutical companies, trying to cure all those illnesses with their evil profits.

I would tell everyone and definitely get it put through the pharmacuetical industry, not because I want the profit, but because they can produce it in the mass quantities that are needed. I wouldn't even want the recognition. I'd be happy with the knowledge that I had saved millions of lives world wide.

I'd tell people with hope that the people who profit are the ones who need the cure
My reward would just be knowing others are suffering less, no money could give the same satisfaction

I would probably try to at least recover whatever I'd invested in developing the cure. A reasonable profit wouldn't be a bad thing.

I would certainly try to get the word out and I wouldn't try to get filthy rich from it.

i would of course tell people but I woudl also profit off it...you dont hv to charge HELLABUCKS to profit, there are wnought cases of AIDS out there that you could provide treatment at an affordable rate & still make yourself financially comfortable for the rest of your life...and honestly like the person above said if you dont make monsy on it someone else will & they might not be so generous to do it affordably for the public

I would tell everyone, but not for the profit, so the people who have it would be cured. Everyone thinks I'm so so weird cause of this, but I think it would be hard having that much money, cause everytime you got close to someone, you would have to worry whether they liked you for you or your money.

You would probably get a profit anyway, but even if I didn't, I would tell people. Saving lives is enough of a profit for me. That's just so greedy, to keep it to yourself for money.

If you found the cure for aids you deserve to profit, but only reasonably. It should be available to all who need it.

I would charge enough to cover making it, but not people who couldn't afford it. So many people with Aids have no jobs and no family. So, I'd probably end up giving a lot away. But after I copyrighted it so rich drug companies can't make millions on it.
