For access to many knowledgeable p-car owners, and many in your area, go to the technical forums at pelicanparts.com
There is no answer to your question. There could be best guesses, however much more information is required on the car. The engine could need a complete rebuild, or could have more maintenance issues than another. Best to have a PPI done prior to any purchase.
There are lots of p-cars available from other pelican members on the forum also.
ADDITIONAL
For your own good, please don't listen to anything "germanbeemer" has to say below. He clearly has likely never seen a porsche, let alone touched one. His comments show he is certainly no "expert".
The early cars are constantly increasing in value and popularity. I have a 69 911 and a 97 993. They are wonderful cars and the early cars especially, are easy to do your own maintenance. Some of the things you'll have to do occassionally are plugs ($20), oil & filter ($20-$50) depending on the grade of oil. You'll want to change your oil on an early car optimally every 5000 km, or at least once a season, depending on how much driving you do. Remember, they are air cooled, so the oil gets very hot and aids in some of the cooling. The dirtier the oil, the less effect it has on the engine in helping balance everything out.
They can be great cars, but know your history. You don't want someone elses problems. But there will always be things to do on it. But that's part of the joy of ownership.
Seriously, check out pelican parts for access to a great community of porsche owners and knowledge.
Good luck.

Have it checked out BY a Porsche dealership!!!
Do NOT buy a Porsche without it first being checked out. I did, and it cost me a bundle to get the car right(1983SC).
Contact the POC, and find a good mechanic.
