May be small pores. Maybe a rash- like prickly heat. If you are concerned you should try getting to one of your local clinics. It's better to be safe and see someone then not to and be short a penis. :)

I would probably do to a doctor about it. More than likely NOT an STD but not everything that goes wrong down in that area is nessicerily a disease. Just call your doctor and tell him/her whats going on.

If you're not sexually active, then they're probably just cysts. If they're really small, it's really likely they're cysts. STDs usually only cause warts, really big ones, usually red or cauliflower like -they're actually really nasty. masturbation does not cause cysts! masturbation is completely normal. first of all don't freak out. second, go to your doctor because even though I'm pretty sure it's nothing, you could probably use some reassurance from a professional.

Are you washing everyday? You need to use a good antibacterial soap like Dial. If the bumps are small with no discharge, I wouldn't worry about them.

Sometimes dried smegma can clog pores causing small bumps to appear. Wash daily and the bumps will disappear.

More than likely it is nothing. Just irritation from something. Wouldn't worry about it. If it bothers you bad enough go to the doctor. I myself would wait a few days and see what happens.

Let's take a mature and rational approach.
You can look things up on reliable sites such as www.teenwire.com/ or http://www.sxetc.org/. You did not do this to yourself.
It is BEST to talk with a doctor, not try to diagnose yourself.
GOOD LUCK!
