Love could beat Fear which could beat Hurt which could beat Love.

Love overcomes Fears, you don't think about being afraid when you are loved or in love.

Fear beats Hurt because sometimes being afraid of losing someone overcomes what they did to you.

Hurt beats Love, because regardless of how much you love someone, if they really hurt you... nothing will ever be the same.

Good question...HURT sometimes feels very strong cuz of the ruts it digs in your heart and the bitterness that can come as a result is LETHAL if you let it fester, make no mistakes on that, it is the genus of cancer, depression and suicide. FEAR tends to be a negative motivator...ruling classes and religious sects have used fear to keep people in their place and fulfill their own agendas and when we are individually ruled by fear we avoid things and people and places associated w/the fear. I want to add ANGER to your list because so many people deal in anger to intimidate, manipulate and appear tough but in reality it is just a defense emotion that hides CORE feelings like rejection, hurt, insecurity, etc. It is like animals who puff themselves up, make their hair stand on end or stand on hind legs to appear more "bad ***" than their opponents. It is more show than ****. I like your rock, paper, scissors comparison cuz...well...it does apply, in a way. Imagine FEAR is scissors, HURT is rock and ANGER is paper. They could go on forever cancelling eachother out, covering eachother up and smashing eachother to bits. But if you put LOVE into the game it wraps around HURT and dissolves it. LOVE smashes FEAR so the next time you're faced with it you'll why you were ever afraid, at all. And ANGER (that usually wraps HURT) is no match for a creative, understanding and accepting LOVE that, like a surgeon, cuts away the pain & rejection, unfolds all the beauty and talent to reveal a completely unique & breathtaking SNOWFLAKE design that is present in all human beings. So, maybe fear, hurt and anger appear strong, real and intimidating BUT LOVE IS ETERNAL and solid and transcendent. LOVE is rock...and paper...and scissors...and like the Beatles' song says...it's all you need. Your Friend, kimical

Fear overrides all.

Cruel animal "trainers" know that the fastest way to teach an animal tricks is to use fear as a motivator rather than reward. In fact, the only reason why one would go against one's innate nature is fear. We won't do it for love.

Italian philosopher Niccolo Machiavelli asserts that to gain power, it is more valuable to be feared than loved.

A majority of religious fanatics believe what they do simply out of fear of hell. They may profess otherwise, but essentially, that's what it all boils down to.

This is an extremely philosophical question for a not particularly philosophical forum, but I hope I provided a satisfactory response.

Love is like the most powerful cause god is love and he will always be with u when ur scared and when u get hurt. fear is more powerful than hurt beacause when ur scared, then it will probably last for a long time and when u get hurt physically or emotionally, it usually goes away. love can conquer anything because love will stay with u for a long time and will probably never go away when hurt and fear does

my answer is definetly not hurt - hurt is a feeling that wears off over time and usually you get over it.

Love will overpower fear in most situations, for example, if someone was to come into my home with a gun and point it at my son or any other person I truly loved, i would without hesitation jump in front of that person no matter what the consequences would be.

Love will give you the strength to overpower your fear if it is true love.

also, if you think about it this way,

if you love someone, that feeling is always with you whether your with that person or thinking about them, it is always in your heart.

To feel fear or hurt it has to actually be there, or on your mind otherwise the feeling goes away.

Love they say conquers all

Love is the most powerful because love cures hurt, fear, pain etc
because of the love that one has for another you will overcome fear to save the person, because of the love between a couple, and eventual hurt will be forgotten

Love creates hurt and fear in some cases so, in rock paper scissors, love is dinamite.

Awesome question.

I would say that one can't override eachother, because they are not in one category except "extremely strong emotions." They all do different things for and to a person.

God, what a good question.

i think fear is by far the most powerful and debilitating. if can prevent you from experiencing love in all its glory and despair if you fear falling in love. you fear getting hurt and as a result, you'd rather not take a chance on love and miss out on life in general :)

Love: Both negative and positive...

If you hurt someone, that's terrible. But if you 'love' to hurt someone, then that is just scary and all too powerful.

But then fear can destroy love....
hmmm...that's a question that can only be relative to the person thinking it.
