Be extra careful to use a condom if you don't really know their sexual history or if he hasn't been tested. You should always get tested before and after partners - because he has a piercing, it may bleed, be infected, etc and that could cause some problems for you.
Other than that - I have heard people boast how great it is but really I can't see how it would be great or that much different. Guess you will tell us soon though huh? haha :o)

My hubby has a "Prince Albert" which goes in through the hole on the tip and comes out through the bottom of the head of his penis. It's not painful now (he's had it pierced for a few years) but the first few times we had sex it felt really strange - not painful, just different - but I liked it. One thing that is painful, is giving him head... if that big hunk of metal cracks against my teeth, I want to smack him! I'm serious!
