It is about building. It is very rare that a Taurus sun, or Taurus on the 4th, or Taurus moon, dies without leaving a legacy behind. for their family. They need to know that those they love are provided for; that's why they spend their entire lives working like a dog, to see that those they love are provided for, even if it means neglecting family in the present.
