Please follow a regular routine : 1. Start brisk walking 2. Start skipping exercises -100 jumps minimum 3. While standing, please keep your tummy drawn in 4. Do not eat oily or fatty foods 5. Avoid junk foods 6. Do not take Cold Drinks / Beverages 7. Drink at least 3000-4000ml water daily while you are awake. 8. Do not go on a diet as that will make you weak 9. Remember that if you burn up your extra calorie intake, you will avoid adding anything to your belly and will remain fit too.

You can buy body wraps that tone your skin, You apply them for 24 hours or so very tightly and you're all firmed up for about 3 days, We used them all the time in catwalk modelling to get rid of the food belly jiggles!

I wish. Getting body wraps may help some, but if there is a lot of lose skin then it's gonna need surgery.

depends how low its hanging. if its not to bad you can just go hard out on doing routines on that particular area. this article has some great workouts for gaining a flatter tummy and working on the abs

It sure is possible. alll you have to do is do a lot of exercise and eat healthy food, and in a couple of weeks your tummy well be tight.

i'm pondering the same question!! and what i've come to realize is NO!! but i am very prepared for a tummy tuck..it's been 3 years for me, and i haven't noticed a difference, but i haven't done any serious excersizing..but what can you do for skin?...nothing..soo MY answer is no, but i'd love to be proven wrong!

Exercise and rub mother's milk on it. You can get this at your local pharmacy.
