i think to see his talent you'd have to watch two. Rain Man and Hook. Two completely different parts and he played them both brilliantly.

Ok go back to his early stuff, and you'll see amazing talent. Try Kramer vs Kramer and Tootsie. A drama and a comedy both very popular and critically acclaimed. Or for an absolutely amazing combination of comedy and drama try Little Big Man.
