Well I don't know where you live, but it isn't snowing yet here in GA because it's Summer.

wher are u located, and also it doesnt have to snow, ther are severla reason why snow has been delayed at ur locations, and it is lso possibel u may nnot get it, but anyways i cant tell why really cause i down knwo wher u are.
