In order to sleep comfortably I need to be able to breathe through my nose. Allergy season hits me so bad, being all stuffed up and hayfevery and unable to get good rest! I will choose sore throat over stuffed nose any day of the week!

neither of course but...sore throat. I hate not being able to breathe. At least with a sore throat I could try to gargle salt water... and as long as I dont talk a lot or eat then ill be ok. Plus with stuffy noses you get all cloudy at headachie
Hope you feel better

A stuffed nose, because a sore throat gets in the way of my enjoyment of food. When my throat is sore, 99 percent of the foods i love I can't eat. You cant enjoy salmon, ribs, ham, or greens with a sore throat.

Both are equally bad, but if forced to choose i would choose sore throat. Stuffed nose is messy. Hardly any cure except to wait it out for it to run its normal course. Sore throat one can stop talking too much, gargle with saline water and it gets better.

I'd rather have a sore throat. With a stuffy nose, you'll fill discomfort as well as heaviness. With a sore throat, the discomfort's not as bad.
