Am I the only one that remembers that Bush said we are going over there to weaken terrorism in the Middle East so as to immobilize it where it originates to weaken the chance of them being able to strike the U.S like they did on 9/11?

Am I the only one that realizes that we haven’t been attacked since 9/11?

Am I the only one that sees the terrorists in action every day in Iraq????

Every time Al-Qaeda claims an attack in Iraq they validate what Bush said "We have to crush the terrorists where they originate, so as to make American citizens safer."

And remember, it’s our soldiers putting they’re lives on the line everyday that you even have the right to whine about the war. Why don’t you thank Bush for another day that this war has brought you a step closer to long term safety and stability. Ensuring that you can go to Starbucks during your brunch everyday and whine about it for years and years to come without being interrupted by suicide bombers that claim to be peaceful right before press a button on there suicide vest.

Blame the President of coarse because they think that the President knows exactly who is gonna go blow themselves up or go make a bomb or something! ya its true the President knows and records every single person's movement and thinking in the US! come on people stop blaming one guy! people change and that's what happens every single damn day! you never know who is gonna do anything for whatever reason! If a TV news crew, and reporter asked Islamic people: "Why are you car-bombing: because of Republicans, or Democrats"? What would the terrorists say? If that same crew later saw some Muslim/Islamic extremists marching in protest, and asked them: "Who's fault is it, that terrorists attack, and commit suicide bombings: George Bush or Bill Clinton"? What would they say?

Pretty much what a bunch of them have been saying after 9/11. That is was an inside job. That they knew before hand and still let it happen. Even with mountains of evidence, they will find a few forged documents that will point to the Jews or some other Alli of the US that they planned it, just to go to war with another region of the globe in order to steal their natural resources.

It's already happened. Oklahoma City. The first World Trade Center attacks. And dozens of other similar incidents over the past half-century.

And like everyone else, the liberals were outraged and demanded justice. They wanted to see those who were responsible for such tragedies punished for what they'd done.

The main difference, from what I saw, was that for liberals, justice tended to take the form of a proper court prosecution for the crimes that were committed, based on the established laws, as opposed to simply calling for a lynch mob based on popular opinion.

Depends on who is in power at the time. If a liberal becomes President...then it would be the Republicans who'd be saying that the Libbies with their hippie policies are to blame. If its a Bush-Like Republican the Libbies will probably say the Repubs with their war-mongering/oil loving policies are to blame. See, its all just politics power plays.

if we were free (& ligical enough) to police ourselves rather than relying on the government to protect us we'd stand a better chance. retribution would be the only reason to attack us & we're killing thousands of peoples family members all oiver the world right now. nobody hates us because we're free, thats what they like about us. they hate that we let the power elite fool us out of unlimited tax money & kids to stock the military that just blew up their country. 911, everyone wanted to kick some aasssss. same thing but its 911, waco & oklahoma city every day for them.
