photoshop cs2. using this u can design proffessional looking images or design images by simple drag and drop plug ins

You might consider getting CorelDraw to use with Adobe Photoshop. I rely heavily on BOTH of them.

CS2 or even 7 is good.

photoimpact 10 i use it all the time and it is very user friendly and i am still discovering new things on it.
