Assuming that you have the right dvd burner, (there are three kinds) All you have to do is look on the left side of the screen and choose the right option. (burn file to disc or whatever ) The wizard will prompt you to put a blank disc in the tray. Put one in, click OK and just wait. Oh yeah! make sure that the file isn't bigger than the disc will hold.

You need a DVD burner and blank DVD. If you have XP I think you can drag and drop.

You need a DVD Burner and a program. If you have the first, you should have the second. If you don't have the first, it doesn't matter because you can't.
