You must have picked #1-2 in order to get Alexander, and you were still able to get Steve Smith with your 2nd pick - so far so good (this must be a 10-team league?).
Now I get a bit confused.
Your 3rd pick must have been Foster? I got foster in the 3rd round in a 12 team draft with pick #4 (which is #28 overall - there had been a big run on RB, I feel I took him too early); For you, it must have been pick #22 overall, which I definitely think was too early.
With Smith still out there at #19 - there was probably another stud WR you could have taken at this point (Fitzgerald? Boldin?) or certainly a more promising back.
At any rate, you got Foster who could shine, it's just that he's made of glass. That made it imperative that you land D'angelo Williams, and you did not. That could be costly. You have no depth at RB - and the thought of having to use TJ Duckett twice (assuming Foster can play 16 games, which we know he won't) is not promising.
What can you do?
Dump Pollard - worry about TE #2 when you have a bye week
Dump Falcons - never carry 2 defenses - it's not like one can get hurt. When you need to pick one up, then worry about it.
On the off-chance Williams is available, grab him now (if this was a 10-team auto pick draft, he could evry well be there). If there are any other potential starting RB's out there (Lendale White, Laurence Maroney, Sam Gado, etc) I'd try to pick him up as well.
You do have a super stud RB, a top WR, and a sleeper QB in Delhomme; all is not lost.

I have to agree with a lot of the advice you have already received. If I was you I would drop the falcons on defense and try to get another running back. Also look at the boards to see if you can upgrade at wr. Smith is a stud and I think Moulds will do good in Houston. I would see if I could upgrade on porters position. Another young runing back who has not been mentioned to look for is adai with the colts. He will be a stud back this year. Hopefully there is still some talent out there for you to choose from.

It's not the best draft.
Running Back: Alexander is a great player, but foster and duckett are not. Running back get the most touchdown and you need them to be good.
Quarterback: You have two great quarterback. delhomme's gonna get more yardage with Keyshawn Johnson on his team.
Wide Receiver: But that is a bad thing for steve smith. Johnson's gonna steal some of his points. anyway, defense will also cover smith more. the rest of your wr are not great. randy moss got better, so jerry porter's going down. Buffalo got a terrible and undecided QB.
Tight End: crumpler might be a good targeted TE, but Vick is running more. Pollard is gonna be better, because detroit's new offense coordinater. Your tight ends are okay.
Kicker: good enough.
Defense: both of your defense aren't very good.
I don't know your league's scoring system. let's hope that it benefits you. either way, you gonna have a tough time

QBs: Good picks
RBs: Are you starting one or two RBs in your league? If two, then I would look for Foster's backup because he will be injured this season.
WRs: Steve Smith is your stud. I'm not sure how well Porter will do this year, but you need to replace Moulds and Edwards. Moulds has not been a stud in years and Edwards is not going to be 100% until October.
TEs: Crumpler is Vick's favorite receiver.
DEF: Looks good to me

You are a poor drafter!
Alexander and smith are a great 1-2
However, you should have some better players.
Foster is ok
but Porter Edwards and Moulds could have been later picks.
You should have a few more good players!
You will have a hard time making the playoffs!
Sorry, just being honest!

1st, i would get rid of the falcons and pickup another rb and drop pollard for another rb or wr. i don't know how many teams were in the league, but your team isn't that good. foster is a 3 back, not a 2. after steve smith, you have no one at wr. the rest is o.k, but rb and wr are the most important.

yeah..you're qbs are winners, but not really fantasy studs yet... foster is injured more than he's healthy, you should pick up his back up if you can (probably d. williams)
steve smith is great, but porter is in contract disputes and had trouble lst year and edwards is unproven still...
and alexander is great
in short... a lot of potential... but odds of all of them doing what you need them to do is probably not that great... after alexander and smith...
