I think your children will enjoy the Wildnerness Lodge. Have you ever stayed there? The grand lobby has a very woodsy feel and the landscape makes you feel you are out in the woods in the middle of no where. I suggest taking your family to the Whispering Canyon Cafe. It's a fun family atmosphere served all-you-can-eat and the servers at the restaurant really entertain the children. Kids have the opportunity to leave the table and join-in to a music and dance number using wooden horses and swinging napkins! It really is cute and the children love it!

I have stayed at the Wilderness Lodge once. My family and I stay at the Grand Floridian when we go. We enjoy the fact that the monorail travels right to the resort. It makes it easy with children who might get tired and want to go back to the room. It's a quick trip back. The Grand Floridian also has 1900 Park Fare which is a character buffet for breakfast and dinner which includes Mary Poppins, Pooh, a variety of the Disney princesses, and other characters such as Mad Hater. There are 2 pools there, plus a child's pool. The landscape is beautiful and there is the Mouseketeer Club for children. You can leave your children here and have a night out alone. It's a fun and great experience for children. They really entertain the toddlers.

I hope this helps somewhat. I think you are staying at a beautiful resort. You should definitely visit the Grand Floridian. You may fall in love with it as our family has!

Wilderness Lodge has a good pool area and my kids were fascinated by the stream which starts in the main building, goes out through the grounds and apparently into the pool. You can catch a boat service from the hotel to Magic Kingdom if your kids like boats (which ours did).

If your kids don't like boats or really like the monorail then the Contemporary is also a great place for kids to stay with the monorail going through the main lobby of the hotel. If you go there, stay in the main building with a magic kingdom view and you can see the magic kingdom fireworks from your room.

Our kids (twin boys) have enjoyed both hotels.

The Polynesian is the perfect for procuring around to all of the parks. It has a boat that takes you to the MK. And a mild parade on the water each night. For this way of massive social gathering check out the villas. We stayed at a one mattress room villa at Sarasota Spring. It became into great to have a kitchen, washer/dyer and the tub became into chop up in 2- bathe/bathroom/sink- a door and a large tub tub/sink. The eating kit is a thank you to circulate. It became right into a lot of nutrition for us. one person and a couple of sixteen twelve months old females. in case you will stay in a Disney motel e book it with Disney. you will no longer come across a extra effective deal. Your eating kit would be a similar length of time as your park tickets. Your in basic terms requirement for the eating kit is to stay in a Disney motel and purchase your park tickets. which would be extra low-value in a kit. Get the park hopper. Please comprehend the monorail on the three hotels it is going to does not circulate directly to the MK. it is going to take you to the Transportation center (closest to Poly) you will would desire to get off, stroll down the ramp, over to the subsequent ramp Up up as much as the yet another monorail which will take you to the MK. you will would desire to take a bus to Epcot, AK, Hollywood studios. you may get those buses at any Disney motel motel with out going to the transportation center. there's a monorail from the trans. center to Epcot too.
