a civil war is between people of the same country or territory fight for a peice of land and a regular war is between 2 separate countries fighting over a peice of land.

civil war is a war within itself, its own people

war between nations is just that, a war where two countries are fighting for something

a cival war is killing between people in the same country. but have different views...I think there are 3 groups of them in Iraq...My god that will be a bloody mess.
a reg. war is between different countries.
