Depends on the make and model. 75k is low mileage on a Honda Goldwing and most other motorcycles are dead by then. The do have motorcycle pricing guides online.
Try www.kbb.com they do cars and I think motorcycles.
Now if you meant gas mileage 25 is pretty average but some of the scooters get 130

The engine and gearbox should be fine for 100,000 miles, provided its had its oil changes and valve adjustments. A clutch might last that long, but replacing at 60,000 - or less with abuse, would not be surprising However other parts of the bike do wear out & need replacing - steering head bearings & shock absorbers will often be worn out by 30,000. So could wheel bearings and other cycle parts. Brake discs may also be wearing. Of course by 100,000 miles most bikes will've been through a whole lot of tires, several chains & sprockets and a few sets of brake pads.

Depends on the bike. You may not want to buy a air cooled VTwin with 20K on it.
On the other hand, a liquid cooled boxer engine isn't considered broken in til its got about 100K.

High would be 65MPG
Low would be 30MPG.
Who ever said 25 as a high is not a mc rider/owner.
