i wanna be popular so bad. and school starts next week. i dont care if that means im shallow or any of that crud. just please what do i do to become popular.

Well coming from a really popular person. First things first. The first 3 weeks of school go dress to impress. Really if your gear(clothes) is not up to date you might as well for get it. Yous sneakers must be crisp( new ). Basically you always gotta look good no matter what even if that means coming to school a lil late. But try not to do that to often. An you must be nice to everyone even the ones u don't like. Always be polite. If someone droops there books be kind and help them. That way your not popular just with the popular people but then not popular people too. Try to get involved with the school. Sports especially or student consol or something. That will bring you some good attention.

Why do you wanna be popular? Most people think that popular people are the ones to look up to...no they just make easier targets for rumors and rude comments. Like on their personality, grades, and other things. Being popular insant so important, it doesn't even exist really, because your only popular with your friends...and if you don't have any...you better get some.

why be something you are not..... it is not important if you are popular but for just a moment..... i was very popular in school and what did it get me, Homecoming queen..... I pretended to be someone i was not. And i had to learn myself when it all came crashing down.. Be who you are and if you are accepted that is all that is important.... because one day you will graduate n=and all the kids you went to school with will move on and you will have to deal with college and your future and popularity just wont matter then

well just try and be cool with everyone and if someone gets you mad dont get sad or anything just say sorry and be nicer. i was like a complete loser in 6th grade then in 7th grade i was the most popular person in the school because i mingled a lot and instead of just hanging with one crowd all the time i hung out with a different one everyday....

Whoa. You are headed doen the WRONG path if thats all you care about. Think about this:
"Ten years from now, it won't matter what you wore, or who you hung out with. The only thing that will matter is what you learned and how you used it".
That was on a poster in my 9th grade English teacher's wall and I will never forget it.

just be yourself ,who cares if your popular or not,when i was in high school i was popular but i wasent tryin to be, i was just nice to everyone and friendly,plus alot of guys hot crushes on me,dont try too hard,dont be cruel to noone just because you wanna be ''popular''

I once dealt with this. Trust me u dont wanna be cool. All the cool ppl just do is gossip, brag be bossy and tease ppl. But if u really wanna be cool then mingle and try to be included in conversations.

don't try hard! being popular have it's downside too. and believe me, you would not like it! if you think it's cool to be famous, it's actually the other way around! i can't believe this! people want to be hated by other people!
