How do I get a good heelstretch in 4 days? I am competing for the position of flyer on my cheerleading team, but I need a good heelstretch if I want to stand a chance. Please help !!

I have been in the exact same spot u used to be soooo un flexable.

u have to keep streching like a maniac. keep doing splits on the side that needs to go up. it's going to hurt take it in shifts. When u Exhale push it down farther and it will strech it alot easier. You have to strach like mad the next for days.

When yoru in the air holding it it's suprisingly alot easier 2 hold over a liberity because of the fact that your so tight up there and when u twist the whipping of your leg increases yoru speed.

also if u have leg weights put those on and let your feet rest in a split over a wall and let the weights drag yoru legs apart. Very painfull but it works.

if u have someone around lay on the floor and have them push your foot towards your face making sure yoru knees are locked. Grab on to whever u can get even if it's yoru ankle and work your way to the heel.
