I have to say both. The ideas come into your head. But, you need to follow your heart in most matters. My mind says jump, my heart asks why.

Not just one.
But I tend to follow my heart... Example: it is 12:00am.. I should be feeding my rabbits already.. talking my shower..then going to bed... But instead I am answering this question. I possible waste of time. An addiction. It feels good to express myself and connect with people, but my mind says "Stupid, you should go to bed! You were up 'till 4:30am last night and I KNOW you are gonna listen to your music before you go to bed too! You have no time for this!"

I never seem to listen to my mind... But I like to explore what is in my heart. I am an artist and an artist mostly goes with the heart. I write, I dance, I paint, I take photos, and I do weird things that make me feel good or kinky.

Thank you muchly for the question!!!!!!!!!!

I think for once I'll follow my head and go feed rabbits right... after I listen to a Mansun song! (Hey, better than after I answer more questions!!)

Good night :)

Living based on only one trait, whether it be purely logic or purely heart is bad. The best thing would be a balance of the two, but an equal balance is always difficult. At times, we are called to be more logical like in work, othertimes we are called to be more emotional/heart like with dealing with friends. This dynamic effect allows us to show a varying degree of our own personality and makes for interesting interactions.

It is difficult to control the heart. But when I live thru' my head I find my life calm & peaceful. When I listen to the dictates of my heart I live with more passion & consequently experience more ups & downs.
I am striving to rein in my heart through my intellect. That's what the Bhagwat Geeta asks us to do inorder to find peace within ourselves.

I find that if I think with my heart, things work out better for some reason. I have made many bad decisions by thinking too much.

I'm more of an id-ego-superego sort of a guy. It's the rambling of these three in my mind that decide my actions. But compared to others I observe, I lean toward the heart.

If u have someone in your heart and that person has been in your haert for sometime, it really doesn't matter what your head saids, because eventually, they will come together as one.hopefully sooner than later.unlike me, mine is just now coming together, but that's because i was trying to ignore what my heart was telling me. i will follow my heart now and hope that it is not too late for my happiness to begin.

I live through my head, which is not so fun, but my heart gets me in trouble
