I have a Honda CB400 Spec 3 (Super 4 VTEC 3), but my user manual is Japanise. Can anyone tell me where can i get / download a English / Chinese version manual?

No where other than Honda.

Always give "year", make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We need all that info.
Go to an authorised Honda dealer. They can get in touch with Honda by phone and ask them any technical information relating to Honda's or order anything in the world that Honda makes.

Sounds like it may be a 'home market' (Japanese only) model.
Check and see if its listed for other countries. (visit honda motorcyclesites for english speaking countries) If not, the japanses one may be all thats available.
