maybe she started having her period

There could be multiple reasons.
a. she was a virgin - hymen intact
b. even-though she wasn't a virgin the hymen had not tore completely before
c. fingernail could have cut her
d. lack of enough lubrication
e. you bumped the cervix causing it to release a small amount of blood (same that would be released if she were to start her period)

Don't worry; unless it is a large amount that continues for a significant amount of time (IF IT IS CALL THE DOCTOR) or happens every time you have sex (make and appointment to discuss this with your doctor).

I know this can be scary but unless she is hemorrhaging (bleeding a lot/uncontrollably) it is probably benign.

If it was her first time having sex, then your penis has ruptured her hymen, a thin membrane which breaks when a girl has sex for the first time. If this was not her first time, then you may have been having sex a little too violently, or her vagina may be overly sensitive. If the problem continues, have her see a doctor.

tons of reasons, period may be due, too tough with the inserted tool(your penis) and jnot enough lubreication and tore the skin.... it happens a lot and nothing to be worried about, but go a tad slower and make sure you are both ready for the actual intercourse, make sure she is lubed up, meaning the vagina is wet and slippery then go ahead, or try a lubricant

You likely did not engage in enough foreplay to adequately lubricate her vagina. Slow down and take it slower next time. It takes 20 minutes for a female to become lubricated and ready for intercourse.

You had aggressive sex. Maybe you were hitting it the wrong way.
It's not a punching bag for the member.
It depends from where she is bleeding.
Inside-probably too agressive
Outside-Member may be too large

If she was not having her period, then it was just overdrive, meaning, too much friction or rough sex. Another reason to wear condoms dude :) So don't worry, s long as it is not puss or something yellow coming out.
