i wasn't told i was fired just told i was no longer on the schdule to work in the store. i worked at the store for 10 months and was never written up, i always called if i was going to be later than the time i normally got there ( i was schduled to work at 11 i always came in at 10 due to bus schuduling) i rarely called out and i did more work than than the management. i called the manager she never returned my phone calls and i called the district manager who never returned my calls either. what should i do, sue?

They told you you were no longer on the schedule. That means in other words you are fired. I would go to the unemployment office and file. I dont know what else to say. You could probably talk to a lawyer for free over the phone for some legal advice.

Also depending on the state, some employers are at-will, which means they can terminate a person without a justifiable cause.

You can sue for anything you want, doesn't mean you will win.
