Ginseng is a natural herb. Depends on how old you are too. It does give you a little energy boost. But with anything don't overdue.One little bottle won't hurt you !!

it may come from natural sources, but don't think that automatically means that it is safe. i wouldn't take it unless u think u really need it, because it does alter ur body...it is a type of drug! also u have to consider how it was prepared...the plant may have been grown with a lot of pesticides and the company might not have purified the ginseng enough to consume.

It's bad for your wallet to pay for something with no proven benefits.
Ginseng's "value" seems to be based on the fact that the roots sometimes look like human bodies.
Looking for health supplements? Buy generic multi-vitamins.
