hi, i am trying to do some modifications to my car the fron bumpers and rear , before i give to a profissional i just want to try it out my self , can anybody help me with some documents (step ny step reference )

i have a ford capri with a custom made fibre glass front bar - i bought it like that though.
Not sure if that's the type of thing you would really wanna do yourself... you mean actually how to make the mould for it right?
My boss is a builder and he was ringing around getting quotes the other day for a fibre glass mould.
Better off take it too professionals - check out a place called jetspeed.
