YES! i had this problem a long time ago. What i do is slowly look out for other people to be friends with and sometimes, I'll hang out with them, instead of my, so called 'friends'. Even though I know that they are definetly talking behind my back, I have other friends. I was lucky because one of my true friends never betrayed me, and i told her how i felt and at the end, she felt the same exact way. We both slowly befriended the girl that we hated. So, I would just look aroud and make new friends and soon, you'll find where you really belong.
(Talking to someone would help too)
Good Luck!

I have a very close knit set of friends, We may not DO everything together, but we all know that we are always be there for each other, regardless of the situation.
There's no talking behind each others back. We all know each other well enough to say what we feel , even in front of that particular person. We all believe in " constructive criticism ". and depend on each other to tell us when we're being just plain stupid !
Something to cherish.! And we all do !

OMG my junior high experience was just AWFUL!!
Complete with EVERYONE calling on the day of my party to say that they all of a sudden "couldn't" come.
Just hang in there. It does get better as you get older (and college is definetly better than high school!)
When I worked at a junior high years later, the back-stabbing and all-around meanness was still present in the kids, esp. the girls.

I have a good set now, all of my friends are my best friends. But for a while i was in your situation. Just stick it out and do your best. You'll find an awesome friend eventually, and she/he will have been worth wating for.
P.S. 7th grade sucks for almost everybody (i know it did for me)
P.P.S. Even if your not in 7th grade...
if you want... e-mail me, we can talk and junk...

I have some Friends...none that I consider really close friends. I like talking back and forth with some I have met here but other than that ...that's all.

Spend all your time worring about what other people are thinking of you and your whole freakin life is gonna suck.
Take your friends for exactly who you know they are, and if you don't like what that is, get different friends.

I don't have any of those problems-I don't have any friends. No worries about anyone talking behind my back and violating my trust. :)

i don't really know i don't think we should jugde our friends like that i think that all of your true friends will be revealed throughout your life just don't push to find out who your true friends are because if you push it doesn't matter if they are your true friends or not they will probably dump you.
