Women do not have prostate glands- furthermore they do not have any glands that are pleasure-sensitive that can be stimulated anally. So, the females get no sexual pleasure from anal sex and they consent to it most likely because they wish to please their male partners.

It is not for everyone, I beleive it is nasty and can lead to health issue, I have spoke to people who have had problem but do it to make the man happy
