The first one is for Num Lock. That means when it is on, you can use the number on the Num pad. That means the area of numbers for better calculations. The third one is Scroll Lock. It was intended to modify the behaviour of the arrow keys. When the scroll lock mode was on, the arrow keys would scroll the contents of a text window instead of moving the cursor as usual. In this sense, Scroll Lock serves a similar purpose to Num Lock and Caps Lock: it enables a secondary function of a group of keys. Today, this particular use of Scroll Lock is rare. Only a few modern programs still honour this behaviour, such as Microsoft Excel (in the behaviour of arrows — when Scroll Lock is on, the selection does not move) and Lotus Notes. In modern GUI environments, scrolling is usually accomplished using other means such as scrollbars or scroll wheels. This is a defunct feature in almost all modern programs and operating systems

The 1 is number lock....the second is caps lock and the third is scroll lock.
I'm not sure how to turn off your numbers lock...that's why the light is on...but you can play around with your keyboard till the light goes out if you wish...it just means that it's locked on numbers and not on the symbols above the numbers....it won't hurt anything.

The first one is for "Bloq num", as you can see, you keyboard is divided on several sections, the one most at the rigth group several keys with numbers on them that is the numeric keyboard, but, if you pay attention, you will see arroys and simbols like "home, page up, page down, etc" on the same keys. When the first ligh is on, it tells the computer to ignore the words on the keys and only accept numbers each time you press a key from the numeric keyboard, when the ligh is off, the computer will accept the words instead of the numbers.
