This is a health question. Trees emit CO2 at night do they not, isn't that bad for you?

Well it could be bad or good.

Its also varies from where u stay at, if u live in a high pollution zone, and what season u are in.

If u stay in a high crime rate zone it is wise to keep your window closed at night. But if u live in a well lit area and the crime rate is low or zero you are in the clear. Pollution is also other factor. As the polluted air comes in it could give u minor health problems. But again if u dont have that factor, its ok to leave it open. Certain seasons(like spring and summer)carry bugs in the air and will likely come into your house. Spiders, roaches, mosquitoes, and ants are just a fraction of bugs that could come into your house.

Safety is your #1 issue. It wouldn't be very nice, if you woke up to a stranger standing next to your bed. Scary isn't it? it should be. Unfortunately in this day and age, you have to be careful and make sure your home is locked and secure. With the weather so hot, I know it's tempting to leave a window open all nite - but don't. Get a fan! #2 cold air can cause all kinds of health problems, like pleurisy - which is swelling around the lungs. It doesn't last very long, but it's quite painful.

best to be safe than sorry, lock up dem derre windows!

Are you on a higher floor so that someone can't just hop in your window? Fresh air is generally a good thing.

It is both good and bad.

Good because fresh air can go in
Bad because burglars can go in
Good because a $50 notes may just fly in
Bad because your $50 notes may just fly out
