This one time, i was in a party, and my cuzin tied a ballon that had a string to a plastic or styrofoam plate and then lit the plate and when he released the ballon, the plate started melting and every drop had a flame on it. As the ballon goes up in the sky at night, it looks like a "flying star" with the dropping fire from the melting plate burning out. REALLY COOL light show!

~Heinrich Himmler found that Simon Goldfarb was really cool when he got cooked. Jacques DeMolay and Joan D'Arc did a great job for the mackrel snappers. The folks in Dresden and Tokoyo really glowed for Uncle Sucker. The ones in Hiroshima and Nagasaki were good too, but you wanted something that didn't explode, so they're out. But Columbia was nice.

If you can get an empty bag of sugar (there is always a little bit left in it) it burns very pretty blues and greens. If you can't get a bag of sugar, you can always stick some to regular paper. Always used to burn old sugar bags in my fireplace at my cabin :D

Driftwood. The salt in the pores puts out colored sparks, and it's really very cool. But burn it on the beach, not in your fireplace at home, or you will have little black burn holes in your hearth rug.

magnisuim burns white and very hot. i used to burn holes through steel tables with a little peice of burning mag

ice looks really cool when it burns. actually, it looks really cool even when it's not burning. just pour some gasoline over ice and light it on fire.
