Most of the TV advertised things don't work. You can do electrolysis, which is supposed to be permanent, whereas even laser removal is not permanent. Other than that, there is a prescription cream called Vaniqa which will decrease hair growth. Not much else, believe me, if I knew something, I would have already used it!

I don't know about E-Pen. If you want your hair permanently removed, I would go to a cosmetic surgeon for that purpose.
