Call your local parks directory to make sure it's okay first as far as being legal. In the US it is as long as you rent a certain part of the park for a few hours. Do keep in mind that the park's recreational department cannot control other visitor's who may interrupt your ceremony.

Call the park ranger and ask them the rules pertaining to such a matter. you probably just need to get permission to reserve the specific area you need for the ceremony and then find someone willing to marry you there. Good luck.

I don't know how you folks across the pond do it, but there will probably be permits you need to get. Perhaps look up the park online and find a number to get in touch with them? I'm sure they'll be able to help you.
